Motes of light - no longer of value Ascendant Shards & Energy - no longer of value Vangaurd & Crucible Marks, Mostly of little value Planet materials - so freely bought we now have an abundance, there for were sitting on hundreds of the stuff Commendations - worthless from the point of buying first helmet and chest Strange coins- only one of any real value, however with out heavy synth to buy mostly worthless. So basically we are sitting on a shit ton of tradable useable items with nothing to actually trade or use them on. Time to ditch most of this stuff. Move every thing to strange coins, make commendations needed to buy anything from any of the factions and have glimmer no longer be a currency but make it a power cube that is reprogrammed into levelling up only gear and weapons, that way we don't need to up the level cap. Remove marks all together . This also means that strange coins now buy everything and these can be used for heavy ammo at say 3 synth for 1 coin from the gun smith making xurs black market buy still viable as is.
