Lost characters and items

I was playing earlier today working on my j horn to get my damage level 331 did all my bounties on my lvl32 main account I got this acc on day one so i switch my weapons that I'm working on to my other account a lvl 31 warlock exo I do the same thing complete all my bounties and put my weapons in my vault then I was going to work on my low lvl acc to get him to a lvl20 I log in and my application gets an error code and I am sent to the main menu I start up destiny and I am look at my tv with a lvl 21 exo warlock wtf

  • Its almost been a month and still no word from them I'm a little upset cuz all that work on the factions I don't care about the guns all I care about is my time put on this game geting the guns is easy leveling up the faction is a little bit hard

  • This is so true, posted about a friend of mine who lost a character for no reason and bungie or anyone has yet to adress this issue. Not even an answer on my post, better to hide that under the rug.

  • Bump. Look at his damn grimoire cards it shows what's hr had and did. # DeeJ you guys are so lazy help out the people. I know a guy with 500 grimoire can't say he had 32s that he lost but a guy with almost 2600? Come on

  • #deej Another issue where the players account and items are being erased, his reply through help support was that there isn't enough evidence to substantiate what he's saying. He is a regular player with me, and can show you proof of him having these items. Could you please look into this further
