The "No Land Beyond" You Do Want
We all want this weapon to be viable. Right?

But we don't want another weapon to fall victim to the crucible crowd as the Vex Mythoclast did. Right?

Ok then here is what you do (I'm looking at you Bungie).
-Increase the impact to 35
-Replace the "Mulligan" perk with the following
"Guardian's Lance - [i]This weapon ignores the shielding of minions of the Darkness[/i]"
- Edit "The Master" Perk to read and function as follows
" The Master - [i]Increased precision damage. Kills briefly increase bolt action speed.[/i]
And that's it. You do that Bungie, and the weapon will be viable in PvE yet unbroken in PvP
If you disagree, feel free to respond.
And bump it up if you think Bungie should address this.

Adding any buffs to this weapon will make it OP in pvp... its a one hit headshot machine just like a sniper rifle, except its designed for mid range combat and is already significantly better than a primary for damage (if you can aim). No do not remove the mulligan perk, its important on this weapon because of its low fire rate and huge reload speed. The reload speed is needed for a one hit mid range weapon, having a faster reload speed perk on this gun will make people just run around getting one hits everywhere. This weapon is a skill based reward gun, learn how to use it and top the scoreboard in a control game (yes its possible, I have done this before). Its fine the way it is, leave it alone, the majority of the people who hate this gun are just retards trying to use a sniper rifle that shoots slowly in a close combat scenario OR just can't aim patiently.
