Our team encountered the following issues during our run on Crota's End normal: 1. After destroying an Oversoul, two players reported having the Oversoul sound cues repeating itself and the screen going black three (3) times in a row 2. Ogres spawned after the second and third Swordbearer went down 3. In a stunning homage to Aethon, Crota fell off the platform. I'm sure our Fireteam was equally as surprised as he appeared to be. Sadly, I don't have clips of these events but I wanted to report them all the same.
