Poll for why you won't complete CE Hard Mode
I have tried several multi hour sessions to no avail. It just seems like it will never happen for me, and I am curious to get the opinions of my fellow Desticles. Thank you for your time.
*Edit* Thanks for the participation guardians! Please bump and vote if you're reading this. We have a damn good community despite what anyone says. I would say we have good community managers, but I'm not sure what side they are really on.

It makes it hard to complete when the only weapon that damages crota disappears from the map.

I just out of Heavy Ammo Synthesis to keep trying. It really is a waste... plus the Hard Crota rewards just not worth all the effort. Its a piece of crap raid that relies too much on sword bearer and the oversoul thing when someone dies or his health gets low is just cheap. It takes too long to kill the oversoul... one person should be able to do it, but can't... need team of people shooting at the damn sky. Its stupid beyond reason.

Completed it a couple of times and have to say it's very dull, even as a sword bearer. Plus the weapons aren't worth it from what I've seen, guns I have are better. Still prefer running VoG over Crota's End.

Lvl 31 till RNG decides that I deserve armor. I love the weapons it gives me but yeah...I'll be more grateful for armor. Plenty of shards and energy I do have though :)

Once I have completed on all my characters this week I will be happy to run the sword for any competent group with good launchers and willing to use synths that are willing to follow my method of doing things that has been succesful on the first try two times now with random lfg groups.

I'm content doin the raid on normal , other than WoC there's nothing I want out of doin hard mode even when I hit 32...still have to get a chest piece and hunger and shards on normal so no rush for hard anyway

5 RepliesI spent probably 3 hours on Hard Crota yesterday before I gave up. Every single fail was from bugs. The sword disappearing, Crota not going down, Crota getting up .2 seconda after going down, Swordbearer not walking through his door, Swordbearer walking into the Orge room and not leaving... My personal favorite: Knights walking through the gates at the start before they dropped and wiping the team.

I have had one completion and numerous attempts. I don't have a good core group that I play with which results in having to use lfg. Unfortunately most of the groups I have found have been unable to complete it. Generally due to dumb bugs or lack of a competent sword bearer. All this has done is make me want to learn to be the sword bearer so I no longer have to fail for hours for no rewards.

I got every weapon after i run it with my Hunter and warlock the first week.. got les then zero interest in the crux, So Ill be doing pvp till the Next DLC..

It's a combination of I don't have enough friends who still play Destiny and myself just not caring that much. I've hit that slump where the grind in hopes of getting the items I want isn't worth it anymore. I'll play leisurely here and there and definitely be back for HoW, but for now I'm just not as into Destiny as I was a few weeks ago.

I have finished 6 times now in hard mode... Got 2 Necrochasms :D I don't think you're a bad player, ur just being unlucky to find people to play with... Don't play always with randoms try building up a group, make friends by playing the vanguard strikes and you'll see it is easier than you think :)

What about one option saying that we DO play Crota's End, because it's FUN. Seriously, you should never play Destiny if you think the inventory will never get outdated. Because HoW is also irrelevant, and will be outdated a few months after that's out.
