I'm done trying to help ppl learn Crota
Tried all night with randoms to beat Crota with my Titan before reset but i have this type of luck where I only find morons to do Crota. Like ppl either don't know what they are doing at all or just keep dying, like I have patience to try to help ppl but some are just hopeless I would love to find a fireteam that is competent enough to get that shit done no more 302 ice breakers just because it's your shiny new gun use your best weaponry that you know is gonna do some damage to Crota. I know it seems like I'm complaining cuz I am but I just want a group of people that know what they are doing and bang out Crotas end in like an hour tops.
Btw I'm play on 360 for anyone that wants to know and help in the future add me my gt is the same

I was level 29 pre dlc before I ran a raid as I didnt wanna go in under equipped. My clan run hard vog but I shy away as I dont have levelled raid weapons. I have very limited raid experience as I always tell when im invited that im not experienced and dont feel upset when they dont invite me. I feel what you are saying and noobs should respect and take advice from people in the know. I will happily run any raid with you. I am mature (very lol) have full crota armour and maxxed gjalla.

I got really tired of seeing under 310 rocket launchers equiped by everyone in my team. No ghorns, no hunger of Crota's... It took WAY longer than it should have. It was still fun, we had to use better strategy and timing. However, I hadn't planned on fighting Crota for over an hour last night.

1 ReplyLol yea if i see someone in my raid team with a 302 icebreaker they get booted. Just because you bought a good gun from xur doesn't mean you join a raid team when you have no idea what your doing. Lv 31 vanguard noobs ruin everything!

I had the same issue. Wasted 5 hours with 3 different raid groups. Then found 1 and we did it in like 20 mins.

Yeah it can be a pain with randoms, not really got any other choice though. Luckily after a few random groups ive added a few people who I think are good and when I run with them we get it done pretty easily.

Walked a bunch of newbs through crota with a mate shield never went down unless I had ghorn ammo

Seems like you get alot better raid teams on new gen consoles less noobs and 2 year olds I guess more hardcore gamers I have both 360 and one and about 90% of the ce teams I find on 360 I end up leaving because little experience and horrible communication but have yet to find a team that can't get it done fairly quick on the one

Nobody said whos on boomers, no one asked whos picking up the sword. The only things that were spoken were his shield will be down when you get there and boomers are back. Needless to say it was done first time with no deaths. I have never had this happen before. Point of the story though if you continue to tell people how to do it, they in turn will tell others and in the long run makes the sort of games i just mentioned happen more frequently. It wont get better for people than look to the forums for help, unless people help the ones that struggle.

We couldn't even get down Crotas shield with their 280 dmg Guns, while we normally have to pause with shooting for the swordbearer to arrive in time. a 300 dmg PRIMARY is the absolute MINIMUM someone should bring to this fight. that shi* costed me all my heavy ammo synthesis because i was the only one sporting a Yolohorn and so i had to pull down the shield almost alone.
