New Exotic?

So I've come across this as an idea for a new exotic... WAIT, HERE ME OUT! How would you finally like a 1 shot sniper? Yeah? Well that'd have to come with hefty prices right, so we have this... [b]Reckoning[/b] "Those that seek destruction, become destruction themselves" - Elder of the Nine [b]Sniper Rifle/Fusion Rifle[/b] "This rifle requires a charge up before a lethal impact to finish off your enemy" [b]Void Damage[/b] (Due to lack of void weapon exotics.) [b]Ammo capacity:[/b] 15 [b]Mag:[/b] 1 [b]Charge Rate:[/b] 1/50 [b]Impact:[/b] 45/50 [b]Accuracy:[/b] 36/50 [b]Range:[/b] 43/50 [b]Reload:[/b] 0/50 (The mag is empty after fire, requires charge up for next shot) [b]Velocity:[/b] 45/50 (Provides time to evade shot) [b]Stability:[/b] 7/50 [b]Blast radius:[/b] 3/50 (to mingle with a swarm of enemies) [b]Sights:[/b] [u]Iron sight:[/u] increases impact but significantly reduces Range to accuracy and range. (Stock) [u]DR-3 Tracks:[/u] Small ACOG sight, equivalent to the Vision of Confluence stock sights. -increased range, accuracy and stability (+3R,+2A,+3S) Penalty to Impact (-2I) [u]HX-Z Type:[/u] Sniper scope for long range, Praedyth's Revenge first scope. -Increase to range, accuracy, stability and velocity. (+4R,+3A,+3S,+2V) Penalty to Blast radius(-2BR) [b]First Perk: [/b] 2500 glimmer [u]Field Scout[/u] This gun can carry more ammo in reserve (+15) [u]+Attack[/u] 25 Relic Iron [b]First Node of 3:[/b] 6500 glimmer [u]-Lightweight[/u] -Grants +2 character agility when held. [u]-Unflinching[/u] -This Weapon is easier to aim under fire. [u]-Fracturing Charge[/u] -Getting a head shot with this weapon will decrease charge time for your next shot. [b]Second Perk:[/b] 20,000 glimmer [u]Reckoning[/u] -On impact, the ground will leave a scorched AoE that ignites enemies and damages over time if walked in. (lasts 5 seconds and deals 15/300 health each second) [b]+Attack[/b] 50 Relic Iron 5000 glimmer [b]+Attack[/b] (Radiant Energy x10) 7500 glimmer [b]+Attack[/b] (Ascendant Energy x20) 10,000 glimmer [b]+Attack[/b] (1 Exotic Shard) 15,000 glimmer Let me know what you guys think below.     Velocity should be equal to a shock rifle round. Thing is tho in pvp if you're sniping each other you will never hit, which makes it balanced I [i]suppose[/i]
