1 of 3: All players in any Public Event should be guaranteed to receive one item and only one item. 2 of 3: Rare Weapon Engrams and Rare Armor Engrams should be possible rewards in Public Events, including the current rewards of Ascendant Energy, Ascendant Shard, Strange Coin, Mote of Light. 3 of 3: The Postmaster should reward the player with only one of the following items for completing their first Public Event of the day: Ascendant Energy, Ascendant Shard, Legendary Armor Engram, Legendary Weapon Engram, Mote of Light, Rare Armor Engram, Rare Weapon Engram, Strange Coin.
