Can't stay connected for more than ten minutes. Who do I talk to about a refund?

So, listen. It's neat that you have a page set up TELLING me that your servers can't maintain a connection, but that's not a solution. I've got high speed internet, my 360 is physically wired in, and, most notably, everything works on it except for Destiny, which consistently boots me for caterpillar errors or disconnects me from xbox live entirely, which does not happen if I don't try to play the game. I look up this error on your website's forums only to find that you've been sitting on it for four months and apparently haven't fixed it. So, if you're going to sell people an error message wallpaper and some gentle choral music, you have to market it as such; I spent fifty dollars on a game that does not work. If you'd like to give me my money back temporarily and let me know when the product is up to release quality, I'll gladly buy it again, since that opening cut scene and the character creator are just great and I'm pretty bummed out that it's not playable yet, but in the meanwhile, I feel I'm entitled to a refund, since either your game is defective or your shifting wallpaper of connection error messages is falsely advertised. Having purchased it on xbox live, I don't know how to return a faulty product, but this is one, and I'd like my money back.

  • I have the exact same problem, though it is relatively new for me. The game worked fine for me for a looong time, then all of a sudden, starting a couple months ago, I get the exact same problems. I have an open NAT and all the correct ports forwarded. This is the only game that does this, so there is something seriously wrong with something on their end. I really like the game, but it's friggin impossible to play.
