As known, the current loot system is absolute crap. Doing the hardest thing in the game, and getting nothing for it, and no achievement for max level. The random loot system is not working. The game is a grind fest with no reward. The current loot system is really built around a trading system, which WAS IN THE GAME, but was cut. My question to the community is,
Which system would you prefer and why?

A random loot system WITH trading system
Reward system that fairly rewards you for achievements (i.e. Exotic NOT AVAILABLE IN CRUCIBLE)

There aren't enough items to warrent trading. Easiest way to fix crucible would be: 6th place 0% at rewards 5th place 20% at getting blue items(coins, motes, engrams, items.) 4th place 40% at getting blue items(coins, motes, engrams, items.) 1% chance at getting legendary engrams/weapons/gear. 3rd place 60% at getting 1-2 blue items(coins, motes, engrams, items.) 3% chance at getting legendary engrams/weapons/gear. 2nd place 80% at getting 1-2 blue items(coins, motes, engrams, items.) 4% chance at getting legendary engrams/weapons/gear. 1% chance at getting an exotic. 1st place 100% at getting 2 blue items(coins, motes, engrams, items.)5% chance at getting legendary engrams/weapons/gear. 2% chance at getting an exotic. This system would allow better skill players to be rewarded more often.

I just wish the crucible wasn't so fickle with its loot system. I'm on the losing side, I'm at the top score, only one on my team coming out positive, having the most points, etc. Everyone else gets loot drop, me the only one with nothing. Hell, I've done terrible just trying out new builds, and I get items for doing bad. There should at least be a guaranteed (Not saying it needs to be an exotic or legendary) for top-scorers. It would give incentive for people to do better. Let's say you do happen to be top score, and RNG gives you two items, well you can an additional item/engram for doing so well to boot.
