Would it be fair if I have two gallahorns and want to give my friend one? I feel it is, Especially when the trade vouchers would drop as exclusively as an exotic bounty. To limit exploitation, add in a bunch of factors that would make trading a pain in the ass; that the only way you could do it is for BOTH parties to have a voucher, Have a ton of glimmer. Basically you could only trade once in a blue moon and the opportunity would only present itself to the most dedicated players.
As for the real world currency for a gallahorn. Any one who seriously plays the game long enough for a gallahorn to drop is not likely to want to get rid of it for actual money. Especially when trading vouchers themselves are as scarce as an exotic. Maybe more scarce.
Also, I have two gallarhorns and it is ridiculous that some people who play longer than i and still dont; And I can't just give it away to one of my friends for say his... hard light? With the amount of time I've invested into the game I would not throw away an opportunity ( to trade my Gjallarhorn for say another exotic I really want) for real world currency. Not a likely senario, I'm sure it could happen though. For an large amount of money.
But people aren't likely to pay a high value for a gallahorn with the chance that xur will have it the next week. Also there are millions of people playing this game that have gallarhorn. How high could the price even get?[/spoiler]
Idk... let's hear some creative regulating to prevent real world trading.

Trading should be restricted to what d3 has. Trade with only the players you complete the strike or raid with, and only for 24 hours. Materials and gold or in this case glimmer, can't be traded.

Ur rebuttal to real world trading is highly flawed. people with more than one would more than happily sell their horns for real life money, it's obvious. secondly one person makes a site for exotic trading for money, and then ur voucher idea is useless then. Once ppl have vouchers they would just look for a website or forums and have a buyer or seller instantly. Was a good attempt though. Back to the drawing board:(
