Who wants all VoG weapons to be able to have a 331 rating?

Since running the VoG is pretty much a waste of time atm because of TDB, yes. But since Bungie wants players to buy TDB, they're probably going to take more steps in the future to prevent non-DLC owners from obtaining powerful weapons and gear, and VoG and the vanilla game in general will become totally useless in the coming months.
