" I feel like any rocket launcher with either 3 shells, tracking rounds, rounds that explode based on proximity, or double explosive rounds are 90% as good as long as they are 331 attack and have high velocity. The one the vanguard vendor is selling looks fine to me. Plus I don't really want to use up my exotic spot on a launcher. Once I get one maybe I'll eat my words but as of now I don't see the big deal. Anyone else?
