Bought the Digital Guardian Edition And I Never got the DLC
I've Bought The digital Guardian Edition at Amazon And All I Have Is The Vanguard Armory I don't Have the Expansion Pack.
I Tried Restoring And It Still Doesn't Show Up and It Tells Me That I Still Have To Pay For The Expansion Pack

I had the same problem, I restored licenses and even put my ps4 into recovery mode, nothing at all, then I just decided to reinstall the game and it worked, took servant hours though.
