So about a week ago I got the another NitC great gun with some good perks but I saw that the guns mag size was 20 and in practice it only allowed 19. At first I came on the forums thinking maybe it's just this scout rifle and hopefully bungie will fix it. I've just recently got the iron banner scout rifle gheleon's demise and it's base mag at 16 but in practice it's only 15. I'm guessing with all the TDB legendary scouts (maybe even the new blue ones as well) have this problem too.
