What the hell is up with this!?
Ok so it seems like there is a lot of assholes on when it comes to the strike playlists. I have been in 3 fireteams with rude teammates. For example, I got a rude message from someone that I wasn't doing anything. Then I had a team where one of the people was not helping out and when I was killed they came over and danced on my dead body. What I think should happen is to just get through the strikes quickly and with ease and respect for your teammates.
