Bungie's perspective of PvP. Or is it? FIX THIS BS.
Dear Bungie,
Destiny, to me is great and all, but your favoritism towards shitty players is outrageously annoying. I play games to get good. I grind to get the gear. I PvP to get better. And I have done this with all the MMOs I play and have never been disappointed... until now.
Can you please explain to me why is it when I go into the Crucible, end on the Top 3 or higher, you reward me with a Rare useless equipment/engram (that will just become a rare POS thanks to RNG) or something like a shit brown shader while the person on the bottom gets a Legendary or Exotic. Am I playing your Crucible wrong? Is the goal in your fantasy PvP world to Win but make sure you are the worst player on your team to increase your chances of getting good equipment? Because if it is, please mention that in your Game Description and by all means, use attached picture for advertisement of your AMAZING Reward System. If not, -blam!-ING FIX THIS BULLSHIT. Your reward system is straight up bullshit and its -blam!-ing annoying.

Only time I ever got anything good from the crucible, ever, I was put into a game already going, got 2 kills and died 5 times. Got The Last Word. How stupid. Someone got a 25 and 3 KD spread. And I got the exotic. It's broken.

7 RepliesIt's random, and your a subjective (biased) figure within the statistic that makes it random. The sample size of the statistic is skewed to your own participation within it, and thus you will always feel that either the worse or the best or the "not you" gets awarded. This however is not true. I'd recommend you educate yourself in stats in regards to objective viewing of the results in an appropriate sample size.

1 ReplyI deal with this shit every day. I run with two friends and I watch them get 3-4 legendary drops a day sometimes more and I will get shit. I am on 13 days without a legendary drop minus the raids, and I'm just about done with this shit. I don't understand how my friends can get so much day after day and I'm struggling to get one legendary drop in 2 weeks... SMH

RNG cares not of wins or loses. RNG cares not of 1st place or last place. RNG knows of one thing and that is its a RNG. It just randoms numbers if your number pops you win if it doesn't you lose. It doesn't care either way it's done it's job and it does it how it's supposed to.

Pvp is so undermined by the developers. No private matches, very few available game types, as well as no ranked gametypes? Something leads me to believe that Pvp is purposely made to favour a casual community.

6 RepliesI don't even care about the loot drops in crucible. I just think it isn't fun enough on its own. Letting everyone bring whatever weapon they want makes it too chaotic and that's boing to me.

Doesn`t have anything to do with PvP, only with the shitty rng reward system. It should have based on effort.

RNG = Rewards for Noob Gamers If you honestly think the loot/reward system is fair, you obviously don't know anything about MMOs and PvP. I play to win for the rewards. Not so the people the team carries to get them. Even on days I suck and get Legendary engrams I don't feel happy. Why? Because I didn't earn it.

Saw a friend receive a new gjallahorn from crucible last night. She was at the bottom of the scoreboard that time, .7 KDR, I'm sitting at the top with litterally 0 rewards...I'm done...
