I, personally, have had enough of the cryptarch. I have handed him more legendary engrams than I can count, and nearly all of them have turned into shards or energy. Why not just give us some gear that will be dismantled into those anyway? These days, it feels like I have a higher chance of getting legendaries from blues than purple engrams. On the note of blue engrams, why is the cryptarch package called a "legendary package" if it seems to only ever give out blues? Either change the name to "Rare Package" or possibly, give us 1 guaranteed legendary engram. The last option seems more likely, since they just made the cryptarch harder to rank up.
