Having problems re installing game

Play station crashed had to buy new one and now trying to re install destiny on new console and it is stuck at 97%. Has been that way for 2 days. Tried deleting and reinstalling still stopped at 97%. Please help. My son is getting a PS 4 for Xmas and has been wanting to play with me for 3 months now. Please tell me how to fix this.

Let me guess your stuck on the transfering game content screen. its ridiculous that they havent responded to this game breaking bug because the install itself doesnt allow to us to play it.
