i know bungie cant refund items that people deleted but i didnt delete any of this. i just finished the valus ta'aurac strike on mars we killed the final boss and i left before i got to the the rewards. And then, a few hours later i log back in and try to go to the tower because i found out that i got a legendary primary engram from that strike. i have internet connection troubles and try to get to the tower a few times but it isnt working. i then do the internet connection test because usaully after i do that everything is working again. i log in and my good character is gone this happened at 1pm in New Zealand. Bungie please help me out on this it shouldn't happen. I am extremely annoyed i would really like to get everything back that i lost. I know things aren't meant to be returned if i delete them but i didnt delete any of this i would really like a reply asap and also want to know what u guys can do for me about it
