I haven't quit Destiny, but I'm commenting as I pretty much disagree with everything you've said. It doesn't matter if you care or not; they didn't post it for your benefit. What makes you think your post has a higher "care level" than theirs? What qualifications do you have to judge whether I am or not? If I quit drinking, and post on a board where everyone drinks, and I share that I quit and here's why, I'm immature? Or how about if I buy a particular brand name TV that had some innovative ideas, but I sold it because they didn't work as intended, and I post on their forums, "Hey I sold the TV and here's the reasons why" or i come back later and post "That TV you guys made sucked at this and this, has this feature been fixed or do you guys plan to update? I really liked some of the features you had, but these other things were deal breakers..." Would that show I'm immature? What if it was a boat? or a car? or a motorcycle? or a game console? or a game itself? Is there a cut off point? How does quitting a game show lack of constructive criticism? Whether you continue playing or not has no bearing the soundness of one's critique. Does that mean their life sucks? Who the -blam!- are you to judge the quality of someone else's life? Especially based upon the fact they post on a forum. Is your judgement of their life disguising the fact your own life sucks? Many people seem to feel your post is innocent enough, and perhaps I'm taking it more literally than I should, but it really is a judgemental, condescending post that I actually find a bit offensive.
