this needs addressed, this weapon group is not viable for much of anything.
only a few are worth having.
can we please give them a buff to make them fall between the dmr and the auto rifles
-
The problem is that some have a good rate of fire but awful impact, and others have good impact but bad rate of fire. Best case scenario would see a high rate of fire and higher impact. Naturally the impact can't be as high as a scout rifle, but it should be at about the same level as the impact on Shadow Price.
-
MAKE them stronger please!!
-
They have less impact than autos. I really want to pull one out like a BR in halo
-
Yeah. Pulse rifles are still very terrible. They have way too little impact or rate of fire.
-
Bump. The weapon nobody uses.
-
-blam!- that, buff auto rifles

Edited by Coup de Grace: 12/20/2014 3:57:37 PMPulse rifles in the Crucible are pretty nice, especially ones with decent range and stability. Three Little Words kicks ass. Out in the Wild, however, Pulse Rifles lose their ability to deal damage at a confusing rate. They pack a much, MUCH weaker punch against any creature of the Darkness.
-
Bump. Worthless as is. Not even worth using. A rare blue assault rifle outdoes legendary pulse rifles.
-
Pulse rifles can suck it. And so can no raid matchmaking.
-
Red Death and Bad JuJu are the only worth keeping..... Bungee let me get Red Death....
-
I main them as they are and I love them, a buff would be dumb. But let's do it anyway.
-
Bump increase base damage or something they're too terrible to ever use

Pulse Rifles need more Impact! Posted several topics about this.

Edited by GreyPooponya: 12/19/2014 2:03:24 PMSome of the new blues from expansion are not bad. The new legendaries look like they have improved stats as well. But you're right, only a few are really good.

I would like to see a little better damage output from them. I like using them but find that for harder parts of the game I switch to a different weapon because they can put targets down faster. I like the ammo conservation that comes with them but they leave a little to be desired.

They rek in PvE. Used my Strange Suspect many times in Tiger Strikes.
