Earned a legendary and didn't get it with video prove?
I was playing a crucible match, at the end it said I earned future war cult legendary, but it didn't appear in my inventory?
My destiny account is bugged, knew something was up as I very rarely earn any drops. Video prove in link below. Please fix bungie.

Drop rate has nothing to do with your account, also you only ranked up in the FWC Faction
