Why do they not have SOME way to contact them? Mine is not even a connection problem - NO WHERE in the FAQ does it address my problem- I need to talk to an actual HUMAN BEING so I can get a refund or something. I bought the expansion pack months ago because I knew I would eventually get an xbox one and didn't want to have to pay 60 bucks for the game AGAIN, so I just got that. My xbox one came in yesterday, I set it up, started downloading Destiny (WHICH TOOK 5 TO 6 HOURS BY THE WAY), waited very patiently, and NOW that it's finished downloading, IT DOESN'T DO A GD THING!! It's just sitting there on that first loading screen. It hasn't even shown me the Destiny - Press A to Play screen yet. It's just loading... and loading... for the past two hours. WTF
