Xur Time Question.
So I was wondering, if I reset my time on ps3 to pacific time, will I be able to see Xur? I live in EST, so I just wanna know if I can change it.

It will show up 4 am est. so it would be 1am pst. If you want to do that go ahead it will show up but he won't come early if that's what you are thinking
