Hard Light Dropped on December 10th Maxes out at 300
Hard Light was given to me as a drop after we completed VOG on hard and the stats max out at 300 not the 331 like the new exotics should be.

LOL every exotic drop from VoG is gonna fo 300 damage. The raid was made for Non dlc users
