I've been hearing a lot of talk about being able to do the new raid even if you don't have a full fireteam. Good job, Bungie! Organizing six people for the Vault was a huge load of crap. Now a no-show just means some harder fighting instead of sitting around for an hour trying to fill the hole in your team and getting stuck with someone you don't even like.
