Everyone is leaving or leeching the 2 new strikes... something must be done.

At least 50% of people i get in Roc playlist leave or leech the two new strikes. They're much harder and three times longer than some of the original strikes but the reward is the same. Increase the chance of a legendary engram or something.

    • I have been getting booted to orbit over and over again while doing roc. It makes it look like i left even though its not my fault. I know im not the only player with this problem. Just something to think about

      • I've got to say, the new Omnigul strike is the worst excuse for a strike I have ever seen. It's like the devs asked themselves 'how can we make a level where the only way to beat it is by peeking out of a small room and shoot into a slightly bigger room at increasing amounts of enemies?' Seems like they just wanted to make a frustrating Strike, which they succeeded in. It just seems like the room you fight her in is WAAAAAAAY too small for a boss fight. There is literally nowhere to take cover when she starts summoning more wizards except for that tiny room because the wizards don't chase you in there. If you do go into the bigger room, it works for a few minutes until she summons her wizards and they start casing that poison cloud stuff. When that happens you can't run or double jump and a shiet ton of thralls attack. I got seriously mad at this strike yesterday and almost quit destiny. Then I beat VOG on hard and got the vex.. life is good again. Sorry for the long rant. I'm curious if other people feel the same way.

          • I enjoy the strike list but I will leave if two go afk or want to leech. I don't understand it at all. Why queue if you're gonna leave? I will two man a strike any day but I will not solo it. It's boring.

              • whats even sadder about it is that the omnigul strike takes only about 5 minutes longer than any of the others. I don't know why people skip this one, its so easy, plus there are a ton of enemies, giving you a higher chance at engrams. Last time i ran it i got 3 rare engram drops plus the end game rewards. Sure, they arent legendary, but it ranks up your cryptarch more, and has a chance to be a legendary. i never skip that strike. Its too worthwhile.

                • It would be nice to implement something that records a player throughout a strike when they are reported. Obviously Bungie would have to get off their asses and watch these clips to determine if the player is guilty.

                • Rarely do I get someone who leaves mid strike, unless they are doing the bounty where you can't die. Most of them leave after the auto playlist puts us back into the Mars strike for the 15th consecutive time.

                  The only one I leave on is valus Ta'urk, for some reason I just don't like that strike.. And the stupid thing is, is that he's actually pretty easy.. He's one of the quickest bosses to kill, just long strides from one area to the next..

                    • Unless I'm not paying attention, I'll skip anything that's not Phogoth or Sekrion. The others just aren't worth the time. Then again, Strikes got so boring and pointless that I haven't even tried the new ones.

                      • Omnigul should have increased rewards(more engrams maybe increased rep) Give glimmer for the 3 billion majors/ultras in the Undying Mind because its not worth our time to fight so many enemies that have increased health for no reward That would make them both worth it I think Maybe decrease total amount of enemies in both strikes or just have us start further in Like spawn at the complex for Omnigul(instead of forgotten shore) Spawn at the area with all the majors/ultras for the Undying Mind(instead of where you kill the black heart or whatever)

                        • Man, I did Prohibitive Mind with defenders and a gunslinger. We marched right up those steps, it felt glorious after the other two times when the minotaurs chased me and some other poor sap out of the hallway.

                        • I prefer the vanilla strikes tbh. I've never timed the new strikes or took notice of the completion time, but they just seem a bit longer. The Undying Mind strike feels like it has a lot more ads as well. Maybe it's the increased level, idk?

                          • 0 glimmer from yellow adds? No rewards. I don't even do play list anymore because it's torture. I do some bounties and some raids but I won't queue for ROC unless I am short on vanguard marks.
