So I purchased the destiny season pass on 9/17/2014 and it seems that I am still unable to play the freaking expansion. I've tried reactivation of my system for games, I've "reminded" PSN that I do in fact own the DLC. I've tried the whole "system completely off and on" thing, I tried downloading the dark below from the PlayStation store. It says the DLC is free for me, and that I can download it, but when I try I am unable to do so. I have called and online chatted with PSN Customer Service. Both had no clue as to what I should do. Eris is in the tower, but I can only do the damned bounties. All the missions are locked, Eris has no quests for me, and I can't even do the freaking weekly strike. This DLC took away one huge part of the game for me. Bungies non-existent customer support has done nothing for me, so I'm asking the community for some help here :/ That, or a damn refund.
