Legendary dissolves.
I have dissolved 2 legendary Armor and 2 legendary weapons, 3 of them fully upgraded, and not reaped any shards or energy, just basic weapons parts and plasteel plating... Is there a issue that can be fixed there or is my luck really that terrible? It's been rather frustrating to get shards to enhance equipment and dissolving my old gear and getting nothing for them is really a kick in the balls. Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Two possibilities here: 1) event items (Queens Wrath, Iron Banner) do not provide ascendant material at breakdown. 2) If you break down items while zoning (movin between planets/tower in a ship flying sequence) you can lose materials. Never make any changes to your character while zoning, in any online game.
