Consistent TURTLE/WASP codes daily! Please help.

I have been consistently getting TURTLE codes every day for the past 8-10 days, essentially since the update before DLC/buying the expansion. I live in Eastern Pennsylvania. I have Comcast Internet, and am running about 35-50 mbps download/10-12 mbps upload. I play on xbox Everywhere I've read about TURTLE error code simply tells me to uninstall all content, and reinstall it. After the 20 or so minutes it takes to reinstall everything, I can usually get through enough menus to start "signing in", and then I will get a WASP error code 3-4 times, maybe a BANJO in there, until I can finally play. I know Banjo and Wasp could be connection related? I'm not sure how with those speeds above, but what advice do you have for TURTLE? It gets annoying having to go through the install and reinstall process every day. Thanks for any help. Right now, for example. I started off with Turtle, then told me I had an update, can't download update because of WASP.
