I've purchased the Expansion Pass online via Sony. Transaction History on Sony Entertainment Network shows both:
- Destiny Expansion Pass (1) ($34.99)
- Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below (1) - $0.00
Both are linked to my account.
However, if I start Destiny I can't select Dark Below because "Expansion required". On my Playstation4 if I go to the store and select Destiny related items, the Dark Below download, I can't choose download (as if it was already downloaded and installed).
Sony couldn't help; we've tried to rebuild the database but this didn't help. Any suggestions?

Same here. PS3 upgrade free download to PS4, with DL edition Digital Guardian edition. Game plays in PS4, but I am missing the content for Expansion 1: the Dark Below. PSN shop says it is installed, Expansion Pass AND Expansion: The Dark Below. Tried restoring the Licences, but no change. Cant play TDB on my PS4 for now. Please help! ( all works fine on my PS3)

hmmm I solved it by purchasing Plus. All Strikes were disabled as well. After I bought Plus for 3 months all contents was accessible. Sucks though, PS3 didn't need the PLUS part... anyway, hope it solves it for some of you.

Same here man 😞. And I tried everything! Dlc and game disc same region. Seems there is no solution for this.. How about a fix or a refund bungie!?!?

I'm pretty sure the Expansion pass isn't transferable from PS3 to PS4. That's what I heard a ways back.
