All damage (except kinetic) in destiny is a light based damage, solar light, void light and arc light. And last time I checked the guardians were the only wielders of light, then how come all enemies use weapons with light based damage? Weren't they the "Minions of the darkness"? Shouldn't they cause darkness based damage or something? I know it makes more sense gameplay wise, but it makes no sense at all story wise.
