Don't cap Flag A.
Please.
Stop capping A. Do you want to lose? Then cap A. But do it when you're not on my team, okay?
-
There is no right or wrong way. People play hoe they choose to play. I have played many matches on that map and nobody has any kind of order. Usually a lot people don't even bother to capture after the first one, they just go around looking to kill.
-
If I'm working on a bounty, I'll cap anything and when that bounty is complete out comes my ghost and back to orbit!!! What you going to do about it huh? Lol
-
Bump so Christmas noobs can see, because a couple of them just made me lose yet another Blind Watch round.
-
The other day, my team held b & c for the entire match. We lost. Truly mind boggling. My team seemed to enjoy running out of b, towards a, and getting slaughtered.
-
Be on my team play good cap them all win fast
-
Just happened again tonight. I JIP'd a team that was losing by a couple hundred points. We had A. I meandered on over to C and capped it, and it didn't take long for some teammates to take B. Then we sailed past the enemy team, gaining the lead. It was going great, but only for a short time. We were almost 2,000 points ahead, and still climbing, when a teammate capped A. Immediately C was lost. I was alone at B and got steamrolled by 4 people. After that my teammates tried multiple tactics to get a foothold, and we capped C after a bit, but it was too late. The round ended 20,000 to ~17,000.

Destiny, the only game where you'll get yelled at for going after objectives in a objective based gamemode.
-
Edited by Void: 12/25/2014 1:37:02 PMOnly cap A if you literally don't have any other flag. Other than that just immediately rush for C and B. Once you get C and B you can just hold your positions. If you don't go too far towards A the enemies will continue to spawn at A and you can win easily. Players who grab A have no sense of strategy. By going towards A you're changing the spawn system and will most likely spawn enemies around C or B, throwing off your map control entirely.
-
Its not just Destiny that is like this, any game that has a three point formation is best won by capping and holding TWO points. The enemy has to spawn somewhere. Why risk allowing them to gain momentum by spreading your team thin?
-
I tend to ignore B because it's a f*ck fest and I'm like..what the hell? I don't touch A until we need it. C..well, rarely anybody touches that so it stays ours. But, I agree with you. I hate when we have all three points and it switches the spawn points.
-
People who don't understand this are ignorant and used to losing. Not capping A should be well known by now.
-
If you're on my team in blind watch and I see you camping the little pipe platform next to B, you're getting knocked off.
-
Alternatively, no. I will go and attempt to cap any point that isnt captured. When i cap it, i leave. I will play it how i like. And you cant stop me.
-
you have to understand for a lot.. A LOT of people this is their first video game ever let alone fps. you have to have patience
-
It's happening in Iron Banner too. Come on, people!
-
Yup! "You've captured C" "you've captured B"... "You've captured A" whyyyyyyyy!!! "Enemy captured C" and so on
-
I don't like to -blam!- with control because of that. Way too many dumbasses play crucible.
-
Three months and people still don't get it. Blind watch? Ignore zone A. Delphi? Ignore C, get A, THEN get B. Shores of time? Ignore zone A. Twilight gap? Ignore B. It's amazing how much more success you have in control once you realize that you don't need every zone.
-
Capture A, then i rush for C right away.. Its a stupid map design, if you have C, you will hold B through 90% of the game.
-
i just play clash or skirmish but if my team is playing control we just round robin the points and try to take them all so while the other team is trying to cap we run in and kill them
-
Edited by Rakuinn: 12/15/2014 2:55:50 PMHad blind watch twice last night and held A and B and won in landslides both times. Now the other team wasn't the greatest in th world but they only cared about C and B so I held A and the the back entrance to b along with the top awning area looking over C with just me and one other guy. Sometimes A isn't bad but as a rule B/C is what you want. So does the other team though
-
Cap A for the points, then rush B.
-
3 - 4 are Asian; the others are Italian. I can post their names and addresses if you want.
-
I'm the badass that goes to C alone.... To kill one guy and get totally destroyed by his buddies
-
I win all the time when my team caps A
