Bungie dropped the ball on Crota Raid
Man it really is disappointing on how ridiculously easy and cheesy this Crota Raid is! 1st I have seen videos on how to Solo the first part of the raid with a Hunter. Second I see if a warlock dies on the spire while its forming he can just self revive once the bride is fully formed and just run across.
3rd I saw you can solo the Bridge with a warlock. Then what made it worse you can solo the bridge with anybody. 4th it's the chest after the bridge as long as you have somebody in the room and somebody in the respawn area you can go down your friends list and invite them all in to get the chest!
The only part that take some skill really and some work is the Deathsinger part!
BUT GUESS WHAT? You don't get any loot so you know what we do? SKIP and go to Crota.
Ok Crota is the boss and is suppose to be hard but we beat him in 6 minutes!
YES 6 minutes!!!!!!!! Come on Bungie I'm challenging you to step it up! Haven't you learned from the The Vault of Glass. You can literally beat this Raid in 20 minutes ! The nightfall was harder then the raid!
Who else feels the same? Or what's your opinion!

There is always gonna be bugs in things when they first come out and you don't have to cheat people choose to. I fine the raid pretty fun stop being such a downer, there will probably be updates to it in January and it'll be way harder on hard

I got the entire raid down and it's easy, but every group I try to play with can't get Crota down and they all rage quit -_-

As far as difficulty goes, bungie did the right thing. Crotas end is hard the first couple of times with unleveled characters...so everyone gets a fun, challenging and lengthy experience and yet, after you do it a few times and your characters climb up in level, the raid becomes much easier and most importantly, [b][i]faster[/i][/b]! That way, repeating the raid the umpteenth time isn't such a grinding, dreaded time-waster. Again, its a different story with hard mode.

I feel that they held back the hard mode so idiots would look for cheesy ways to beat this raid that, let's be honest, isn't hard to do legit so bungie can patch those areas and then the idiots that didn't take the time to learn the correct way to do it will hve no clue and cry bloody murder when the hard raid does become available just like when they patched atheon and the templar.

Soloing the beginning is easy. The hard part is getting your whole team through. No Guardian left behind.

I like it. Soloable up to Crota with any character. I'll take my single player PvE over grouping with "try hards" and 14 year olds. And no, I have no desire to clan up for a video game.

There is really nothing they can do to make it harder that would not just be cheap and piss people off. The only reason it's even as hard as it is, is because enemies are lvl 32 at one point. If they were all lvl 30-31 then it would not be as difficult. The raid has no maze or jumping area like VoG had, it's just kill this, kill that. No depth or intelligence in it's design, it's just a standard "enemies are bullet sponge" difficulty types.

Why do you think they are leaving the hard raid till new year for? Learn from mistakes take in all these posts patch there mistakes and release the full version hard mode....

I am actually pretty certain the VoG was their most 'new' and hard worked on thing in the original package. That's what I already thought before the dlc dropped. They left this in and took out everything else because Activision wanted it for money reasons. They wanted the initial game to have something amazing. They managed to pretty much do that. I still enjoy VoG a lot. The whole Crota raid does feel like something you're supposed to do quickly. As when you take too long, you'll get overrun or something like that.

Bungie forgets to consider people will use mechanics in unintended ways which makes further testing required, but in all seriousness its really like a 6 player strike not so much a challenging raid. Day 1 clears got the challenge out of it everyone else just rode the coattails of people who spent hours figuring shit out.
