OK, this is getting ridiculous. Summary: New vendor needed to buy/sell/trade ALL materials for other useful items. If you don't have an abundance of at least one type of material, stop reading and go to another post. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• First we salvage armor and weapons for material that just take up inventory space after level 20. Then you remove some material exchanges causing another build up. But hey, don't stop there, might as well slow down buying stuff by adding commendations. Now it's so slow to get anything all of these materials we run across are filling up the tiny vault and character inventory we have. We need a Material vendor. Let this vendor trade and sell material items. This vendor can sell material for marks, motes, strange coins, etc. and we can exchange material for those items. Unless you remove the stupid cap of 200, your moves so far to strangle the use of materials is asinine. Even if you do the cheap way of removing the cap it still doesn't fix the problem. We already had stockpiles of weapon and armor material, now we have planet material stockpiles. Let's exchange or sell these stockpiles so we can use items in the game. I don't want a full vault of crap that doesn't help me advance in the game. I thought this was Destiny, not Hoarders or is everyone 700 years from now a typical A&E Reality family? Some people love to buy material with marks. Some people love to exchange material for marks. Some people like to do both. Hell, how about exchanging even spinmetal for relic iron. SOMETHING! Please, for the love of Crota, make a positive change for materials that are now loading up our inventory and have no good use anymore! I think is time to put these stockpiles of materials to good use for us Guardians. What do my fellow Guardians think? Do we need a materials vendor ASAP or do you like filling up inventory with useless crap?
