Thorn
Do you guys like the new thorn? I definitely do (even though I've never used the old one). I use Sunsinger, and with my burn and the mark of the devourer perk on thorn, I have a feeling I'll be Unstoppable in crucible. What do you guys think? Do you think Bungie messed thorn up?

Personally, i think thorn's finally in a place that makes it feel worth the hell we went through to get it.

Just pushed my 300 thorn to 302 today with xur. It's been my go-to weapon since I got it as my first exotic about 2 weeks after launch. It's 10x better with the exotic patch and it was amazing before. It's the number one weapons I wanted since day one when I bought piccodilos grace from vanguard vendor and then subsequently looked up pistols on a destiny database.

3 RepliesI think Thorn is awesome! But what you may not know is that it's basically the same gun as the "old" Thorn, just with a faster reload speed, 3 extra rounds per clip, and extra DoT in PVE. Even so, these small stats changes make a noticeable difference. It's definitely become more popular in the Crucible. With that said, I think it's balanced and performs like an exotic hand cannon should. Not sure if the Burn DoT and the Mark of the Devourer DoT stack though... Can someone confirm?
