Ascendant Shard issue

Hi, (Sorry for my English) i have an issue. I won boot and glove in iron banner. yesterday, i want to tear down for give me ascandant shards but i have nothing , no one shard on two items in iron banner . Is it normal? i lost lot of time to upgrade this item. issue or not? Thanks in advance.

With the sole exception of gear that dropped during the first day or 2 of Queens Wrath, ALL Legendary armor and weapons from events such as Iron Banner do NOT give asendants when broken down
