It's time to work on custom games, Bungie. We all know Activision couldn't care less about putting custom games in Destiny, obviously because they have Advanced Warfare.
And half the Halo pros went there.
I refuse to. Destiny is an amazing game. It's MY game.
I want to see Destiny tournaments. I want to see live feeds of amazing snipes and the kind of hype that Halo: Reach had. I've never been better at a game, and I want to compete for stakes.
Bungie, do you remember the times when MLG, as a whole, cared about your games? I have seen interest. It is there, Bungie. I want to take my team to heights I've only dreamed of. It's my Destiny.
Settings choices we'll need, as a whole community, and for the MLG community (that I can think of right now):
Choosing how often heavy spawns, if at all
Iron Banner settings on/off
Rate of super charge (by percent, 100 being normal charge)
Possibly exclusion of certain weapons
Time Limit (duh)
Score limit (duh)
Point modification for certain actions (+20 instead of +10 for a headshot, for example)
Run speed, jump height modification
I suspect MLG will play with these and more settings until it has just the balance it wants for official matches.
But how would this benefit you, Bungie?
You are, obviously, giving this game to average players (I should say, EVERYONE), because it brings joy to the most that way, including whoever makes all the money at Bungie. Meaning making it feel fun, yet not naturally 'fair'.
Bringing in this extra feature with the extra people it will attract will create more TALK - can you see the money signs when there are actually events hosted around YOUR games again?
Please, Bungie. The only game since Combat Evolved I haven't bought from you is the first Halo: Anniversary, and that's looking like a Christmas present soon. You would show great amounts of grace in giving me, and much of the community, an answer.

This would be nice. Not like they never did it before.
