Deej, some questions on communication and the state of the game

Dear Deej, First off: I realize you are very busy and I hope you can find the time to answer these questions. I also realize Bungie is new to an MMO community. I enjoy playing Destiny, as I have enjoyed playing Halo. Perhaps even more if I look at game time spent. I have some questions on the communication towards the community and the state of the game. 1: Why was no mention made of the nightfall/weekly block for non-dlc players? -Did you not know it was the case? Was someone else supposed to relay this (patch notes)? This would mean Bungie needs serious work in internal communications. -Was this unintended ? Or where no other options discussed (like a separate nightfall/weekly for DLC)? Was this the only option that could be implemented? This would mean Bungie needs serious work on its software development process. -If the above are not the case, please explain. The only other thing I could imagine is that you purposely kept this information from players because you would rather face an angry community then solve the problem or something, which I doubt is the case. 2: This is a broader view on 1: Patch notes often miss some changes in general (also see the accidental nerf of exotics). Are these not discussed within the development team? I understand not everything can be tested when working with a tight schedule, I (and the community) also sometimes get the feeling some changes to the code are left out of public messages intentionally. 3: Currently the development focus seems to be on the gear leveling system (and I guess a large part was on DLC). It seems to have been on patching "cheeses" before that. Some would call it tactics. It usually involves players seeking a place from where they can shoot the enemy while taking minimal damage themselves. This seems valid, as running around in the open is not a good way to regen your shields. I noticed in the DLC missions there was a serious decrease in "safe" (shield regen) zones to go to for the player. This will drive players to find more cheeses. Is this intentional design? Don't get me wrong, limiting movement is a great way to increase difficulty, but there must be some way to get a breather now and then, otherwise the completion of a mission depends on if the enemies aim good enough or not. 4: Can you make a statement about the development effort that is being put into community requested features in general? I mean, is there a lot of manpower available for such things or do you have such a tight schedule (for the coming DLC/Destiny2/Planned development that these are mostly luxury if any time at all is left? 5: I imagine despite some negative feedback that Destiny has been pretty successful. If you are so busy right now, can you disclose if Bungie has a growing number of developers for the project? If this is classified I could understand, but I would like to point out it may not be a bad idea to add some manpower (I understand it is probably not your decision to make). 6: This may be a bit personal, and I understand if you are legally restricted of answering this: Do you have any ideas to improve the communication (both ways?). Do you have any ideas for improving the game (your own or from the community) you would really like to see implemented (top 5?)? Thank you for your time and be assured that even though I do not approve of all current developments (exotic reset + nightly/weekly wtf!) I do love the game.
