it has been 5 days if u truly take "missing character data very seriously" than why will you not help me i have lost all my characters from a bug on your side and it is impossible to get you help.

Hi a11kokind1, I'm truly sorry that character information has been lost. It is true that this is an important issue for us and, while we are unable to restore missing characters, we will continue to investigate and research these reports. This process is time-consuming, however. I definitely understand how frustrating it is and as soon as more info is available, you can be certain it will be reported. Until that time, however, I will not have any updates for you.
