These Destiny servers...

I have a couple of questions for Bungie: 1. What is the point in releasing new content when there seems to be a fair-sized portion of your player base who can't stay connected long enough to enjoy said content? 2. Are you actually going to acknowledge there's a problem with your servers or just sit there and tweet about who completed the raid first? We don't care who completed it first when we can't play it ourselves. Any sort of update on this would be nice. Even a short message saying you're investigating the issue. Anything. Anything at all. The odd thing is, at least for me, it only seems to affect Patrol. Everything else seems to be pretty stable. Edit: Since posting this the whole game seems to have become much more stable for me. I don't know if this is true for anyone else but Bungie, if that was your doing, then I say well done.

  • Yeah...5 minutes at the most. This game isn't a source of entertainment. It is a source of frustration.

  • I cant enjoy the game without getting disconnected every time I play. I stay at the tower to long, I cant do patrols on any planets and on top of all of my problems, my girlfriend has not played destiny after the late October update. All she see is the main menu and that's it. Bungie better fix this or this game is going to shit slowly if they keep this up.

I used to have that problem. Till i went wired instead of wireless then got 4 error a week rather than 25 error a night. Then i went into my router setting to unlock some ports that destiny/xbox live needed . ive only had one error in 3 weeks. I think it was like 7 ports for open nat for me. My ps4 friend did the same and got good results

    • I've actual been having a pretty stable playing experience...... until the most recent update. Now, I can't play more than 5 or so minutes without being dumped. It would be nice to know Bungie is aware of the issue and they are looking into it.

      • I had the same problem. I can confirm that this is nothing to do with my connection. This is a Bungie issue: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/83558854/0/0
