Bad Juju still bad....
It's a bummer bc I feel that this gun has potential to bring pulse rifles into the game. Maybe with a little more impact? It's a cool gun, but it sucks so much it's idiotic to use unless you're goofing around.
Thoughts?
EDIT: Looks like the only time people feel it's good is against swarms of very weak enemies. In PvP it's completely useless.

You can have more fun with Destiny's weapon names then playing the game. If all else fails and you have not got the [b]patience and time[/b] to use [b]bad juju[/b] as intended, then start looking for [b]plan c[/b] or your gaming will fail. You don't even have to kill with it, grenade with Obsidian Mind on and you'll get a 3rd of your super killing any major.

Edited by half an idea: 1/23/2015 11:48:23 PMI use it on my lock all the time with obsidian mind, juju kills 3-2 mobs teir 1 then I have super and nova bomb the elites etc... Finish the elites off with bad juju and have nova bomb again... Rinse repeat its a great combination and if you can stack intellect it's even faster ;) It sucks in pvp.

1 ReplyTo at all, it's not a great juju but it's a good juju now in my opinion. Still not the greatest for taking down bigger enemies, but the reload isn't an issue if you have pulse rifle gloves on. And it's perks are pretty great. Send it is amazing and adds that range, and the string of curses makes me super a hell of a lot more than I have ever expected.

1 ReplyI believe it could be an amazing gun with a few tweaks. I think it needs some sort of indicator of when you've received a free reload. This should either be done with a unique sound effect or preferably (cause it would be cooler) the green flame should flare red for a second. A bit more damage on top of this and we have a decent exotic.

red death is the best pulse rifle in the game, bad juju is more of a support type gun

Have just opened the juju bounty. Bit of a grind but looking forward to the gun. +1 on the PR love. My bad seed down 300 has head seeker, active radar and hc rounds or extended mag. Love it.

3 RepliesWhat are you high on? Juju is actually a very good weapon. Once you get SoC warmed up, it chews enemies up like a madhouse. It also gives 100% extra super energy. My warlock gets a Nova Bomb every 1-2 minutes in strikes and raids. As for pvp, say that it sucks all you like, then, go on youtube and watch the video of someone going 49-4 with Bad Juju.

Nope this is op now if you're good with aiming. Back when I didn't have much exotics i used this thing with 15 round is PVP. Ofc i died but very time I died is because I ran out of bullets. Now that it's buffed. I basically wreck with this thing. Again, it's all about skill mainly. Honestly the first gun in the game has more impact than the bad juju in PVP XD

I thought it'd be useless in pvp too, but it's actually resulted in more positive K/D matches than negative. Must have upgraded to string of curses perk then with stability and range adjustments it is a headshot super generating machine. Vastly improved since buff. And I was a pulse rifle naysayer.

6 RepliesPersonally I have to respectfully label your opinion hog shite. I don't even use pulse rifles and I have been destroying mobs with it in the ROC and it doesn't even have the string of curses upgrade yet. I haven't used red death yet, but Bad JuJu is the new best pulse rifle in my opinion.

1 ReplyIts the impact. The damage is so low it takes too long even with the high rate of fire. It should have the same impact as the strangers rifle, at the least.

Without 'string of curses' it really is a chore to use and so many better options. Lost count of how many basic mobs I've stood infront of and reloaded It looks awesome it should be awesome. Pulse rifles need a look at as they have potential. Thing busboy almost every situation there is a better choice. High fire rate - auto Head shots ? - scout or hand cannon They need something to set them apart as higher impact would definitely do that

It's great in pve if you know how to use it. Unfortunately the low impact makes it worthless in pvp even with precision shots

I have to disagree with the pvp aspect I mean I have suros and mida multitool so I don't use it very often but when I do I always aim for the neck and let recoil get the precision shots for me
