The Good the bad and the Ugly. If you were reporting someone for being Helpful, Friendly or Highly Skilled, wouldn't it be nice if you recieved a meassage at the bottom of your screen saying, [i]"[Insert Name] thinks you are Helpful."[/i] When reporting them for being Unhelpful, Unfriendly or Cheating, they should recieve a similar message to let them know how you feel towards their playstyle or debauchery towards you. As for inactivity, if reported by a fellow Guardian, a timer would start. If the offender has not moved throughout the duration of the timer, they would be KTO'd to allow room on the Fireteam for an Active Guardian. If a certian Guardian has been reported Multiple times for Quitting and leaving their fireteam in the line of fire, they should be suspended from invoking the Director to go anywhere excluding the Tower for a certian period of time. If with another Fireteam, the suspension is automatically lifted. As for Bad Connection, this injustice against Humanity should not go unpunished. Any Guardian whom posesses the host of the game and is reported for such crimes, should be relieved of their advantage over other players. These are my opinions.
