so i'v been reading a lot about how xur will be our method for upgrading exotics, and that he will only be able to upgrade some per week. personally i think this entire idea is bullshit, last thing anyone wants is to come to the forums bitching about how xur once again screwed them over (warlocks i'm looking at you) So i propose that upon killing Crota you will be awarded an item that lets you upgrade any exotic of your choosing, this would allow us to play the game and be rewarded for playing it.
