Seriously getting tired of Public Event targets running from me within 10-seconds of the encounter. They don't fight me, they just run to safety as fast as possible. Or playing 'ring-around-the-rosey' with common enemies I'd rather just kill and be done with. Add a super-hardcore patrol mode where enemies are't big wimps. Or buff bravery.
