My Hunter Vanguard Rep glitched out and is stuck on rank one. have the marks to buy the legendary armor I need but he isn;t showing my true rank. When I turn in bounties is shows I'm partway into rank two already. Any ideas how to fix? Yes I've rebooted and restarted everything. This happened before the most recent patch.
