Dear Guardians, My Fellow Legends and I have been grinding away at this so called "Final Boss Atheon" in attempts to get as many completions as possible, threw our journeys we have adapted and evolved, finding the most efficent ways to eraticate him. I hope this helps any Guardians who need a new strategy. We are here guardians, the final fight, Live or Die. Communication and teamwork is [u]KEY[/u]. You need to discuss with your fireteam who is comfortable using the relic.You must also decide on one Guardian who will be the Designated Supplicant killer. First step is to split into two teams, each team runs and sits on a control plate. Do not agro Atheon. ( With Guardians on the plates, there is a good chance one will be left behind to immediately open it up for the team). Now the teams have Changed; [i][b]Teleporters[/b][/i]: [b]Mars:[/b]Guardian needs to grab the relic, head to the stairs and go right, there is a path with stairs that will allow you to flank and sneak up on these snipers. Take care of them and return to your team to cleanse, whoever did not grab the relic needs to work as a two man team and shoot the oracles together and in sequence as they spawn. Slowly work your way down the stairs and finish with the oracles. Relic holder needs to call a final cleanse when there are only 2 oracles left, cleanse the two oracles killers, call out that he is coming out. He then needs to leave the portal, run out to the middle platform and hold his cleansing shield (Times Vengeance will be on by now). the two oracles killers will run out of the portal once they have killed the last two oracles, and will head to the center for their final cleanse. [b]Venus[/b]: Guardian needs to grab the relic amd flank to the right as like on mars, diffrence here is the oracle killers need to shoot the pratorean to grab his agro so the relic holder may survive while he bashes Everything down there. Oracle killers should focus on oracles once they start spawning, relic holder needs to return to his team and cleanse. Work threw the Oracles until the last two, relic holder needs to call out last cleanse, he then gathers to them by the last two Oracles,Cleanses them, calls out he is leaving, then makes his way to the Platform and holds his cleansing shield there, Oracle killers need to head threw once they are finished inside. [i][b]Defenders[/b]:[/i] It is your job to know where they teleported to. Check your mini-map, it will have an arrow showing which plate to take. You team of guardians need to shoot their barrier shields and open the portal (Assuming you followed instructions so far, there should be someone already on it.) Once the portal is open Defenders need to either jump on a podium or run to the back and shoot Supplicants. Work on those until the relic holder calls out that hes coming threw (expect more Supplicants).A titan needs to head to the platform before the relic holder does, and put down a weapons of light, remaining Defenders need to then jump in the bubble. ( the relic holder bubble and titan bubble should have a small overlap) by now the oracle killers should be out and on the platform ( when heading to the platform, Always jump to the titan bubble first, so no one pushes the relic holder, as pushing him causes the shield to glitch. Now that everyone is here, two things must be done, Designated supplicant killer needs to jump to the back and take care of his Explosive friends. If he has time to shoot some rounds in Atheon, Go for it. 5 Guardians are left on the platform, What do you do? Unload on that Metallic Beast!(No rockets or Grenades). When Times Vengeance has around 3 seconds left, a titan needs to throw a bubble over the 5 guardians, everyone should turn around and head to the edge of the bubble (so the Shield Atheon puts on you may be destroyed). Guardians will then be teleported and some left behind, repeat what you just did and Atheon will be dead in no time.
