A True Shepherd of Fire is a clan for people age 16 or older that I have created in an attempt to prevent inexperienced or lower-level raiders from having excess difficulties in finding a raid group or help on the weeklies and nightfalls. Our main purpose is to train and coach people who have never had a chance to learn the full raid, and form one hell of a raiding team with those players. Eventually, we will have you feeling so confident about your place in the raid that you may be asked to locate an apprentice to take under your wing and bring into the group so that we can grow as a community and help more than just ourselves. Anyone who has a hard time getting consistent members for their raiding parties due to their level or inexperience will find a patient and accepting atmosphere among the clan, and we will be happy to have you. (Just remember if I'm telling you to try something differently than you know it, it's to help you, not to hurt you.) We are also currently accepting high level raiders who can aid with the shepherding duties. This is a "Pay It Forward" movement, Destiny style. Anyone who is interested in being a part of this movement can find the group by clicking on the [b]Groups[/b] tab and searching for [b]A True Shepherd of Fire[/b]. Then just request to join and you should be golden. JUST A WARNING: [b]I do NOT tolerate drama.[/b] If you're going to fight or cause dissent among my players, you can find a new raiding group because I don't put up with that kind of childish crap. Don't make unwanted advancements towards our female members. And don't belittle others for being a lower level or less experienced than you. Remember, you were once that noob yourself. First time infractions will receive a warning. If the behavior continues, you will be removed from the group. We're looking to create an accepting and amicable environment so that every player can find their element and feel comfortable in all aspects of the raid. We hope to see you in the Vault!
