Why can a level 2 dreg kill me at lvl 28?
I have a lvl 28 titan. Why do weak enemies drop my life like i'm the same level as them? Why can't i kill weak enemies with 1 shot from an auto rifle? Are defense points meaningless? Damage points meaningless?? They should get rid of that stupid auto balancing crap.

Levels mean nothing unless you're below the enemy. You do 25% less and take 25% more damage for each level you are below but there is no advantage to being above them.
